I love this gym! It’s like one big family. The classes are great, and the personal trainers, Stacey and Jeremy, give you a personal training program that is tailored for you with real results. I have almost achieved  my goal with their excellent guidance and consistent encouragement. They teach you how to eat the right foods, exercise using proper form to avoid injury and get the most out of your workout. They want you to understand, and that a healthy lifestyle can change your life in many positive ways. Everyone is friendly and always willing to help. It is more than a gym to me!

I've been a member of the CHF for 8 years. I have always been treated like family and made to feel welcome. In my fitness journey I have learned many things about maintaining a healthy lifestyle and a balanced diet. In the last year I have been closely working with Jeremy Ringette and he has taught me that you can not out train a bad diet among other things. He has helped me understand my micros, and how that affects my calorie intake. My wife and daughter have participated in classes such as bpotcamp and body pump. They loved it! This is such an awesome place to go regardless if you are experienced or new! Stacey and Jeremy are awesome and I highly recommend colchester health and fitness. I will never go anywhere else.

This gym is a wonderful and a supportive place to work out!  The staff are friendly and very helpful. The members are non-judgmental and nice. There are a variety of classes to take and it is never super crowded. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to get into shape. There is something for everyone and all levels.  Another benefit is that it is female owned!  LOVE this place!
