Great place to get dessert after eating near by or getting some shopping done at the Avenues. Best price around for ice cream and the staff is really friendly.

Cold Stone Creamery mr. Mark today. There were too many young people working in the restaurant and service was compromised my pecans were not mixed through the strawberries were not makes through they were clearly rushing to get back to their joking jiving fun and games. Customer service clearly was not the priority during this visit. Next time I'll just visit another location with a more mature staff.

We always come here for ice cream. My Favorite ice cream is Banana Carmel Crunch.

Some of the workers here are terrible. I came in the other day and a black guy stared at me with a blank expression on his face and didn't say a single word to me while i looked at the flavors of Ice Cream. I let it go, thinking maybe he is just shy. However, the whole entire experience was just awkward. He did not say a single word besides the payment i owed him. I was shocked by his customer service he didn't even attempt to pretend he cared he was alive. This location is very clean though and very good at making your order correctly. Manager needs to hire people who want to live.

Very awesome staff! We treated very professionally and quickly. I highly recommend this location to everyone. Ice cream was awesome as always! Thanks to everyone at Cold Stone Southside!
