Employees are nice must say thus "3 stars". Ice cream is great but doesn't compliment experience. Purchased cake, name was misspelled in error. Rep corrected but smudged noticably. Then as I was leaving the bag given broke. Cake fell hit the ground and last one of strawberry red velvet layered cake 😣🍰. Rep apologized but offered no compensation for service experience or errors. So what did I do?? Kept the cake Blessed it and eat it, thank God anyways. Teenagers or not, training reflects on franchise owner to exercise common sense in basic customer service situation/scenarios. This not my opinion or a form bias criticism but fact in retail standards. Owners must be refreshed or retrained themselves not to damage the brand image or perception.

Terrible customer service. Would love to give "no" stars but it is not an option. Out of the 4 employees, only one helped us while the others were in eye site in the back room on their phones. Then, we get up to pay, and we are told that the cc machine is down and we must pay with cash (no signs posted or a verbal warning as we ordered). They then phoned in my friend's cc to an undisclosed location with no receipt. Asked for the store's manager, and when I called "Mike," he continued to tell us that we were wrong and his employees (he referred to them as teenagers including his daughter) did the right thing. What happened to customer service? How do we know the cc was not compromised?

What can I say, it's ice cream and you can never go wrong with ice cream.

The ice cream was really yummy the only thing that I didn't like was that the chunks of frut were really big
