AVOID these folks. They will keep your damage deposit even though you have NO cleaning deposit 🏛, and claim they paid Merry Maids because of dust on the floor moldings, which was a fabrication . I painted them all to avoid that, but these folks kept my money any way. They would have to pay to sanitize the apartment and pass the cost on to the tenant, as they did with me. They are under handed and just want to reduce their own expenses.

Getting into a place is great, getting out is a nightmare.  We are two professional adults, lived in the house one year. Cleaned the house mowed, weed eated...no damage. They kept the entire deposit and tacked on an "administration" fee for good measure. My advice,  don't clean or mow. They are gonna keep your money anyway.  My favorite fee is the one for having smoke detector batteries checked...

Had several issues from the get go with them. We had to basically throw a fit to get them corrected but in the end they were corrected. Perhaps we had to high of expectations for a Property Manager. Happy that they were willing to talk and correct the issues.

Definitely the worst renting experience I've ever had! There were multiple repair orders that I put in to the office they would ignore my phone calls and voicemails it would take days for them to get back to me. I would ask for certain documents from the office and they were unable or unwilling to email them to me or send them in any digital fashion. I will get hand written letters of approval for certain things that they would mail to me instead of calling me you're talking to me first hand. The property itself was owned by someone else and I was renting there while Coldwell Banker managed. The owner decided to sell the house and gave me 30 days notice to leave. I paid $1200 in security deposit and cleaning deposit and they're wanting to take all of it after I had a crew of five people come through and clean the entire house wiping the walls cleaning the windows vacuuming shampooing mopping everything was spotless if anything all you would have to do is paint over some little screw holes in the wall from pictures and shelves… Not $1200 worth of work! ! I will never work with this company again and I would advise you to do some research or ask around before you do as well. Good luck
