We enjoyed working with Roy so much, we engaged him again for a second purchase!  My wife and I purchased land in Sedona a few years ago (with Roy's assistance) but decided to delay building our dream home.  Instead we used Roy to help us find a great home on a short sale.  The experiences were both nothing short of phenomenal.  On both purchases we worked with Roy to negotiate very favorable pricing.  Roy listened carefully to what we were looking for and saved us a ton of time -- avoiding properties that didn't fit our aesthetics and requirements.  Ultimately we found properties that were perfect.  And now we are building that dream home in Sedona on the lot we purchased originally and appreciate every day Roy's guidance in picking the perfect place for us.

Roy and staff were incredibly attentive, well-informed of the market, skillful negotiators, and a real pleasure to deal with, especially considering our interstate move.  

For example, all of their knowledgeable recommendations regarding repairs and service companies really paid off. 

Importantly, they were professional, not pushy, and made a genuine effort to understand and fulfill our needs. All in all, our home buying experience proved to be very enjoyable.

My experience shopping for a home in Sedona with Roy was delightful.  He is very professional and provided lots of current information on the market and available homes.  I enjoyed touring a variety of places with him.  His wife, Michelle, who works with him is also very helpful and pleasant.  I highly recommend working with them both.
