Tim came highly recommended. We needed help selling our home in Morganton.  He came to the house and was very polite. He told me what he would put the house on the market for. The price he told me was actually higher than I expected. We had, within the last couple of years, refinanced our home. I wasn't expecting a lot of profit if any. I hardly heard from Tim the first several months. His office would call me to set up a showing. I never heard back one way or the other from the showings. Around the end of the 4th month we spoke. At this time he wanted us to resign our contract with him. My husband and I had decided we was not happy with his services.  Tim told us that we needed to think about lowering the price of our house, even though the price it was at was the price he told us to sale it at. We got an offer on the house. To make a long and unpleasant experience short, we finally went to closing.  The day of closing, Tim not only did not show up (which was ok, most of my closing had already been competed) but he never even called me. I never got a thank you letter, it was nice doing business with you, I hope to never see you again. I was not happy with his services at all. I felt like most of the time we were inconveniencing him and not important enough for him to acknowledge us during or after the selling of our house. 
His staff was always nice to me though.
