Donna Lemaster-Mock went to bat for me when a property owner was being unreasonable regarding my deposit refund. Overall; I am satisfied with the outcome of that situation. In regards to living under their property management; I was very pleased and had no problems what-so-ever. Just make sure to leave the place clean, replace all dead light bulbs, replace air filter, fix and bad hinges or knobs, etc and keep your receipts for professional carpet cleaning so they can get do their job and get your money back sooner. Thanks guys.

Warren F. Scott is an outstanding Real Estate Agent. I was an extremely picky buyer looking for the best house I could possibly find and Warren made that possible. He showed me a plethora of homes throughout the process, the entire time educating me on everything from why some homes had water stains to how important pest control was in the area. Warren made me feel like he was on my side 100% of the time, the more I worked with Warren the more I trusted him. He really knows the market and he was spot on with his offering suggestions. Warren put in hours and hours of work on my behalf. He took the time to go through every contract and piece of paper associated with the sale in detail with me, ensuring I understood everything. He was instrumental in closing, enabling me to close on the house from across the country. Warren even helped me get things in order afterwards going as far as personally bringing my paperwork to the City of Port St. Lucie to help me get my water turned on! I am very grateful to Warren for all the hard work, dedication, perseverance and patience he exemplified during the entire process. I have already recommended Warren to people in my area who have shown an interest in buying a house in Port St. Lucie and will continue to whole heartedly recommend him in the future.

This has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had trying to RENT a house. There are really inefficeint people there that just didn't keep up with basic technology. I started my paper work to RENT on the 31may didn't get everything finished till the 15th?? They were very slow and never take responsiblily for their actions!! Everything was always blamed on someone else, she would always call late at night(11pm) and making unexpected house visits??? So very unprofessional!!!
