I know you have some good agents but Please no one ever use their agent by the name of Lozaire , he caused me to lose my dream home by finding some buyers that were not even wanting to by my home and kept stringing me along by extending the closing date for months. Now I am in the process of sueing everyone involved to get my expenses back. Not counting other illegal things he did that I can't mention at the present but he knows what he did and i feel sure this is not the first time he has done this either. I hate to give them a one star but they don't have a place for a zero star.

RUN RUN as fast as you can. Realtor named Glen Krumenacker was the manager of a rental we rented. He did not return our security deposit. I have proof from there portal that Glenn decided how much we would get back before we even moved out. We were moving out July 28th 2017. He took 1777.44 out of my account on July 25th 2017. Remanding 172.56 in my account. So 1 month later he sent us a check for 172.56. We were still in the house on July 25th.  He had not walked down the home yet because, we were still living in it. The owner of the property walked it down a couple days before we moved out. He (Jason) said we left it in better condition than when we moved in. We treated that home like it was our own. We power washed the drive way and side walk. We power washed around the pool. I am in the process of writing a complaint with the State of Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Located in Orlando Florida.

Did not meet the bare minimum expectations... My agent failed to let me (the seller/client) know when a house was shown;  failed to provide feedback;  did not ensure house was left secure after a showing; and did not call weekly as agreed upon...(all items were agreed upon at both the time of referral and during our interview). Seemed more focused on renting or leasing home when it was for SALE!)  Very disappointing when my feedback was provided and the company did not care to keep my business when I disclosed this info to the broker/owner.  Seek business elsewhere as they believe the customer is NOT first. Do not trust what they say at all.

We just closed on our beautiful home in port saint lucie. Our agent Carmelot Dorsainrre went above and beyond to make this happen. He took his time to show us SEVERAL homes. He would dedicate his whole Saturday to us. He always answered all our questions, always answered  his phone, and text messages. He never got annoyed with us. He was always willing to help us. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and everyone. He was amazing. Thank you so much Carmelot.

Best real estate agents on the Treasure Coast! Staff was professional, knowledgable, and friendly. They made the home buying process fast and easy and acted as a guide through the whole process. Highly recommend!
