Dishonest, shady, unprofessional are the nicest thing I can say about them. The only positive review on here is from the owner, seriously? DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS. Be prepared to lose your security deposit and them try to get more from you. They are usually in the Bahamas or Columbia when something needs to be done. Weird.

Stay away from this company all they want is your money. This company is not professional at all. Save yourself time and please look elsewhere I wish I would have thought to read reviews before going here and wasting my time and money.

BEWARE.... SCAM ALERT .... BEWARE

Pathetic that the owner and a Realtor are the only ones giving this dump a high rating here.

Don't know what customer service is, yell at customers, have no respect for PAYING CUSTOMERS.  

Avoid the headache of having to deal with Susan's lack of professionalism and ethics. 
Should not be allowed to deal with people at all. 

Go somewhere else, any other company is better than them. NOT TRUSTWORTHY !

Made the mistake of renting a house in Martin County from this hole in the wall Port Saint Lucie company. Took 3 months to fix roof leaks! Absolutely the worst people I have ever dealt with!!!  Too bad you can't leave no stars or negative stars! Also find it funny their owner Kevin left a review of his own company..Pretty sad.

I've been in a lease for 2 years now and have had a great experience thus far. Susan always gets back to me in a timely manner, anytime I've had a problem it has been taken care of right away with good communication the entire time. I would recommend them to anyone looking to rent a home.
