About Our Office:
Fairfield, population of 58,000, is located on the edge of Long Island Sound just 60 miles from Manhattan. Modern Fairfield is traversed by U.S. 1, Interstate 95, and the historic Merritt Parkway. It has two Metro-North Railroad stations and is just a I hour and 15 minute train ride from New York City’s Grand Central Station. The focal point of Fairfield’s downtown is “The Green” and its picturesque Gazebo. Sections of the Southport neighborhood, with its harbor, as well as parts of Greenfield Hill and the magnificent older Colonial homes adjacent to the downtown area are designated historical districts and testify to Fairfield rich heritage.
