Avoid this place at ALL cost! Especially Claire! All she cares is to take money from you, she does not care about your right or negotiate on your behalf.

I worked with Arlene at Higgins Group for a recent relocation to the area.  I was moving from Colorado and looking for a home to rent that would accept two dogs.  Arlene was great....she viewed the properties for us and found us a great home.   I will definitely work with her in the future when we start looking for a home to buy in the area.

Higgins Group is nothing short of a terrible company. They will look to take your money, cancel your lease illegally and never apologize. Eva and Scott are the two worst customer service professionals I have ever experienced. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
