I have been a Realtor for 19 years and have had the pleasure to work with Donna McQuade at this Geneva location for the last 4 1/2 years. Her honesty and high integrity are the reasons why I relocated to this office!  Besides having the support of a great office manager Donna McQuade, I  also feel blessed to work with the other Realtors in this office!

DONNA MCQUADE: If I could give her negative 10 I would. This woman is dishonest and a horrible person. She uses technique to steal your home and make it so neither party can afford it and had no choice but listed it. She has caused me and my family pain, suffering, and a lot of attorney fees and court costs. She has over-estimated the value of my home by nearly $100K. She took ZERO consideration that the house needed $80K worth of work. This was noted in 3 other CMA's and 3 appraisals done by litigation appraiser. She was retained by my ex-husband who believed she was correct. Three appraisals later and 3 other real estate agents CMA's I have kept my house still for a higher value than it was worth because I could no longer pay attorney fees to fight. She has also forged my name on the documents without my permission after she realized the house was under my name and my ex-husband who could not do a thing without me. The CMA stated I have retained her and I never did. When confronted she got extremely rude and hung up the phone on me. The WORST agent I have EVER had to deal with. My attorney's words "I have never seen anything like this in 25 years in my practice." Do NOT hire her she is dishonest and a horribly unethical person!!!! I will NEVER let her near my home as a seller's agent or buyers. She is NOT welcome anywhere near my property EVER!
