The worthless group of people who packed our things should consider other career options. We were assigned this company for a military move from Fort Meade to San Diego. What a freaking nightmare. From the morbidly obese man taking 7 hours to "pack" our kitchen, to the woman and her son randomly picking and choosing what they wanted to pack, it was HELL. They literally walked around the house picking and choosing things that they deemed worthy of packing. 

After a 12 hour day of them taking cigarette breaks every 15 minutes, they failed to pack our 1000 square foot home (and we are minimalist). They failed to take proper inventory of our household goods and now we are missing sooooooo much stuff. Our couch never even stood a chance; coleman still hasn't even called us back to let us know what happened to it (it was not delivered). We even got someone else's stuff delivered to our house. When we told them about the stuff that wasnt ours, they ignored us. I'm calling back tomorrow because I want to resolve this.

We were assured that they cared about helping our move go as smoothly as possible, and now I feel duped. This company needs to consider reorganizing their business practice and focus on customer satisfaction.

Everyone was very courteous and friendly....they ensured all of our belongings were taken care of from beginning to end from central Maryland to Central Pennsylvania.  Great  group of guys!!!!
