This is the 3rd time I chose Coleman to move...and the third consecutive success. Time after time I have had the pleasure of working with people that are  efficent, professional and very friendly. Movers were here on time and then sat outside for 45mins "on break". Then i realised when an inspector came that the break was while they waited to be told of their concerns about my house not being move out ready could be confirmed. I asked before inspector came if there was anything i could do to make their process easier, I was told "no". The inspector pointed out a few things that could of easily been fixed in the 45mins they sat outside waiting on her. Instead i was refused service and my 2 scheduled days of packing postponed. The inspector was an outside sore but had the two females sent to my house to pack had addressed the issues directly to me first, trips planned and paid for would not of had to be cancelled because I'm now waiting on a new pack and  pickup date. I have moved quite a bit and never have i had a problem like this.

Very professional move. We did have one very large ceramic vase that was broken. The driver told me that he it was broken when he picked it up from warehouse in Miami. Customer service told me if I got a receipt for repair she could reimburse me, but that was really impossible to do. 

The driver was very communicative and friendly. I felt confident that all was under control with him in charge. Would give them a 3 if it weren't for broken vase. Cross- country move.
