The guy who packed my kitchen was great...the most of the others showed no care in packing my items...so College Guys right....I even bought them lunch everyday. If you decide to use them...check every box they pack. They rushed me...put items in a box, taped and seemingly tossed on to the truck...when it arrived; things were broken, no wrapping paper and/or packaging...broken items...not repairable! They struggled and tried to shuck responsibility...they did finally offer me something...but no were near the value....! All I asked and paid for was basic and consistent services...they did not do that...!
Perhaps things are better with them now...they are good for heavy-bulk items...only...in my opinion....Good Luck!

Terrible company.  Stay far away!
Not sure these other reviewers are real.
Quoted me for 4 hours, then billed me for 9 hours.
Damaged my furniture.
Lazy college students milking the clock.
Hire someone on craigslist and rent a truck for a fraction of the price. Or hire a professional company.

We were very pleased with all services from the initial phone call and setting up the appointment right down to the loading. Once our appointment was set we got email confirmations a couple of times and a call and voicemail reminding us of the appointment a few days in advance. The day of the loading Cameron and Riley called twice ahead of our appointed time to keep us up to date on their arrival. Great communication company wide! The guys were very personable, professional and efficient and were finished well within the time that was set. Would definitely recommend.

The two boys they sent over were very respectful and polite. However, that is where the pros end and the cons begin. I was sweating bullets the entire time they were moving my furniture! I was sure they were going to break something, and their standard contract will not cover the full cost of anything they break. I got the feeling that these kids were aware that the furniture was not their's and it didn't matter much to them if they broke it or not. Their sole purpose was to get it from point A to point B. I highly recommend hiring a more experienced moving company. The higher price tag is most definitely worth it!

The actual crew moving was great. Customer service was extremely poor. I signed for the bill after the move, which was deceivingly low and then ended up with an additional $250 charge on my credit card that I was not made aware of. When contacting the company they admit to their mistake but would not refund the money. I would recommend a different moving company! (The crew was great- unfortunately the company was not).
