An unfortunate experience turned exceptional with the outstanding customer service of their Manager Matt! The battery died on the truck so roadside assistance PLUS a new battery was needed. After the experience Matt went above and beyond what anyone could have expected. I was not only satisfied with how he rectified the situation but felt a postive review was due. Kudos to Uhaul on Como for your commitment to your customers!!

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSONNEL HAVE ALWAYS BEEN GREAT PEOPLE WHEN I'VE RENTED RENTAL EQUIPMENT , THERE SUPPLIES, BOXES, ETC ... ARE ALWAYS ON HAND. THERE MONTHLY STORAGE RENT IS COMPARABLE TO THE  OTHER  STORAGE PLACES WITHIN THE TWIN CITIES. THEY HAVE ALWAYS TOOK THE TIME TO PROVIDE ME WITH  PRICES  ON RENTAL TRUCKS AND EQUIPMENT. SOMETIMES THEY MIGHT BE HELPING ANOTHER CUSTOMER IN PERSON OR ON THE PHONE, BUT WHEN IT COMES TO YOUR TURN THEY GIVE YOU ALL THERE ATTENTION AND HELP.

Why isn't 0 stars an option? Disappointed and wish they were clearer about their policies. A friend and I rented a storage unit before she moved across the country. We tried to access the unit later that day but couldn't because we didn't request 24 hour access, which they never made clear throughout the process. When we looked at our reservation info online it was never stated that it needed to be done (it says that storage access was 24 hours). We ended up having to find another place to store her items within hours of her leaving the state. Tried to get our money back for the time that the unit was never used, but didn't happen. Couldn't even get our lock back. I'm still in the area and will definitely not be using any uhaul services in the future and will encourage my associates to look else where.

I was there on the first day of the month, only compliant really long lines (but it was the 1st what do you expect).

Friendly, quick staff and the cargo van was perfect for moving my 1 bedroom apartment with no issues.

You can use the website to pickup the truck. It will tell you to pick up the keys inside. They want you to budge and ask for the keys.
