They did two moves at my place. One to move a friend's stuff he was storing in my basement , and two weeks later to move all of my stuff from the house to a new townhome.  Both times they were under estimate, very fast, professional and courteous.  My move was estimated between 6 and 8 hours, they were done in 4.25.  Pay off coming in under estimate has to do with how well prepared you are for them to show up; we had everything boxed and ready and had consolidated into a few rooms. They walked is through everything we could do to help keep the cost down and help the move run smoothly beforehand.  I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for a move crew!

Hands down the best movers we ever hired. Effortlessly navigated our tiny home with HEAVY pieces; radiators, 48" range, clawfoot tub. Going forward, this is the only company we will hire. We highly recommend their services.

We can't say enough good things about The Move Crew! We were so nervous about moving to our new home but these guys came in and did all the heavy lifting. They plastic-wrapped our furniture and worked quickly to securely load it in their truck along with dozens of our boxes. As soon as they arrived at our new place, they asked where to place things and showed caution to avoid damaging walls and banisters in the new home.  I was impressed by their speed, their fair pricing and their commitment to making sure things were where we wanted them to be. They are professional and you can tell they are go-getters. If you're moving and want to save your back, definitely call these guys. They're the best I've seen and I'll call them again the next time we move! Well done, boys. A+++

I had an excellent experience with the Move Crew.  Friendly and efficient service from beginning to end.  The guys were fast and careful with my stuff - wrapping everything more than adequately and securing it in the truck so there would be very little shifting.  Ethan and Jason were personable and professional.  An overall great experience.

I had them do a move for me, from condo to condo, about 3 weeks ago. Have been thinking about the experience before leaving a review. I have to say, I was pretty disappointed by the experience. Moving is bad enough as is, but there were a number of issues that just made the whole experience worse. I had a 2 man crew do the move, and even though I think they did their best, they were definitely understaffed for the move. Even after recognizing that they were understaffed, they never called out or got any additional help. Having only 2 people took alot of extra time and they were well over estimate. They also backed their truck into a retaining wall at the move out location, damaging the wall as well as a fire alarm, and never did inform anyone that this had happened. I found out only after the HOA sent me pictures of the damage they had done. They also damaged a wardrobe during the move, which happens, I get it. But I was promised that someone would reach out to me to talk about repairs. That didn't happen, and I had to call them after I never heard back. The wardrobe was fixable, but I was put off that they wouldn't reach out to me on their accord to deal with it. They also left the move out location a total mess. I think that the movers I had did their best, and tried to be as professional as they could, but I do think that there were issues that could have been dealt with in a better way, or even preventable. I can't say that I would recommend this company, even though the movers themselves were reasonable people.

Revised Review - Really dissapointed. After they damaged the building with their truck, its been almost 3 months and they continue to avoid paying for damages. Hard to believe this company is so highly rated given the number of issues I had with my move both at the time of and on an ongoing basis.
