Nice facility, however, I wish the staff were more friendly. It would also be polite if the gentleman at the reference desk would acknowledge those awkwardly waiting [for him to raise his head].

We loved it!  Everything is very orderly.  Our kids enjoyed the children's section. Mom and dad also enjoyed their reading.  Beautiful Naples facility!

Great facility, great books, but the staff is hit or miss, some are wonderful but many are impatient with children (even within the children's section). Fridays they close at 5 but the staff thinks this means they have to rudely rush everyone out and shut off the computers ten minutes early making it impossible to check out books. They also raised the fees in the children's section from 10 cents to 25 cents which is insane considering the average book count that children check out.

Big, spacious library. Very organized. Separated spaces for children and adults, has a projection area. They host a wide variety of encouraging activities with kids. Comfortable. There are computers available for use and staff is very friendly and helpful.
