Stopped by for dessert with my wife. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The coffee is excellent, very strong and a great flavor. The prices are very reasonable. If you've got a sweet tooth, be sure to stop by.

In town on a business trip and came across this charming bakery. So many yummy treats to choose from. Samples of delicious jellies and fruitcake. I had a veggie sandwich and strawberry lemonade. Light and refreshing. The staff was nice and the place was clean. Jo the supervisor was so welcoming and warming, she made the experience very pleasant- thank you!

Enjoyed the staff at the Greenville location.  My wife, from Corsicana, considers Collin Street Bakery a shrine!  At this location, they had all the good stuff, including egg bread, blueberry muffins, and chocolate chip cookies, but most were trucked in, cold, and needed to be microwaved.  Even so, delicious and great ☕️!! They gave me a free refill in my classic Collin Street Coffee Cup!

Nice place , good location, smiling employees , giant variety of baked goods to choose from, fast service no wait. nice comfortable dining area inside and outside, clean bathrooms. I will return again when in the area. 
Enjoy before the BMW Motorrad riders discover it. lol..

Cute place that's kinda famous around North TX and for their fruit cakes worldwide. Quick service and fresh sandwiches and salads. Lots of bakery classics available and of course an abundance of those tins of fruit cakes.
