We had a roof install approximately 10 years ago. We had a leak issue 6 months ago. I called Collis for an evaluation. Unfortunately the hurricanes hit. My problem went on the back burner. I get that. However, after NUMEROUS emails and calls I never got a return call to resolve my issue. Even if they said we are so sorry we are too busy with bigger issues, I would have been okay with that. Interesting that other reputable companies are willing to step up. Think about that when installing a new roof.Service: Roof repair for storm & wind damage

From the salesman, Jonathan Sinclair, to Autumn who scheduled the work, to George Rankin, the reroof superintendent to Jose and his crew -- all were responsive, efficient, diligent, and dependable.
