Rich came out and was able to take a badly damaged concrete floor and fill it in, shape it, and make it completely flat. He then installed a hardwood floor using materials he suggested. I could not be happier! The floor came out perfect and I know that the extra time he took preparing the concrete really helped the outcome. He also saved me some money on materials I was going to get myself. It's not often that you come across someone willing to spend the time and effort to make something look amazing and save you money along the way. I highly recommend!

Rick and his team did a good job at home. From the first moment it was nice and gave us a good quota. the wooden floor that was under the carpet was in poor condition and when they worked it, the final result was very good. I recommend them one hundred percent.

Rich did a great job refinishing my hard wood floors. The initial condition of the floors was relatively bad. There were serval areas where the varnish was worn off and some discoloration. Rich gave me a competitive price and delivered a quality job.

I waited a few months before leaving my review of Florida Hardwood. We had half a wall removed from our dinning room to create a more open floor plan. Once the wall was removed, we called and received several quotes from different companies to fix our floor. We hired Florida Hardwood because they were the only company that arrived early to the estimate appointment and I felt no pressure from Rich to schedule the repair right away. Rich pointed out a few other repairs he could do to improve the overall appearance of my floors. We did have a few scheduling conflicts because of my busy work life and Rich was busy with already scheduled work. I can say that I was more understanding when it came to Rich's busy schedule because it was a small business.  Anyway Rich came on the scheduled date and repaired my floor in pretty quickly! I kindly asked if they would do the other repairs that he mentioned when he gave me my estimate. Rich & his helper had to leave to get the needed material to complete everything, but they returned & finished with no issues. I have since recommend Florida Hardwood to a few of my friends. I get a lot of compliments on the floor repair.  You can't even tell a wall used to be there.

I have never left a review before until now. My experience with Florida Hardwood was so positive that I felt like I wanted to share it with everyone.  Richard was prompt, affordable, very professional, and knowledgeable.  I truly appreciated the fact that he went above and beyond. I highly recommend Florida Hardwood Flooring to anyone who wants a job well done. 
My floors look amazing and beautiful, like he promised.  I absolutely LOVE my floors now.... No more scratches from my dogs' nails, and he made the dog urine stains disappear.  I have been sending all my family and friends photos of my floors.  I am so glad I decided to refinish with Rich rather than buying new flooring. 
I saved so much money and they look BRAND NEW!!!  
I do not know what Amy Webb is talking about.  It sounds like she's talking about a totally different company.  Do not let Amy Webb's review discourage you from using this company.
