I have lived here for ten years. The rules are in place in order to keep our park nice looking. I am thankful they are enforced. I would not want to live in a park where car engines, tires laying around, junk, etc. were allowed.
The main reason we moved in was b/c the park was orderly and it has stayed that way all these years.
I have no complaints!

Great place to live.  The rules some complain about are for our protection & keeping our community safe & clean.

We all agreed to them when we moved in & signed the lease....so nothing to complain about unless you are a rule breaker???

I'm glad we have some uniformity in keeping grass mowed, weeds pulled, decks painted, etc.  If not, this place would be like a rough "trailer park" instead of a well kept community that it is.

not worth a star horrible place to live management makes sure of that.  This is what you can expect at colonial estates for your hard earned money. Twice a week drive by(s) letters and or phone calls from this stupid hag complaining about every little thing.  Be smart and save your money and go else where. I've been here a number of years too, and it is not just enough to keep your place clean. It depends on what management wants to nitpick about that day
