Edit 12/12: Extremely upset by a bill received from Toyota Financial AFTER purchasing my new lease. I was told they (sales rep. John N.) would be taking my old vehicle back as-is, and getting me into a new one - zero down. After having my new vehicle for a month, I get a bill from Toyota Financial for "misc vehicle damage, mileage overage, or unpaid lease payments". They did not specify which. There was a small ding in the windshield that was professionally sealed. Colonial WAS aware of this, and asked to see it TWO times. I was never informed that I would have to pay for the windshield. Buyer beware, regardless of what they tell you, Colonial has no control over what you may be charged upon return of the vehicle to Toyota, and at no time was I made aware that such charges might occur. Very sneaky! After 5 cars, this will be my last Toyota. I do understand the need to pay for damages to the lease vehicle. However, when the dealer takes it back free and clear, and makes NO MENTION of said charges that may occur, this is a sneaky business practice. A simple heads up about this "inspection" by Toyota would have been great. REPEAT: A HEADS UP IS ALL I WOULD HAVE ASKED. I am not debating the bill for the windshield. Edit 12/13: Sales rep called and did not have a good reason as to why this charge was not mentioned. Just repeated to me over and over that "I signed a contract". Absolutely useless. Very typical.

Bad first time experience took my wife's 2015 Toyota Camry LE for service for RI state inspection and was quoted 45min - 1hr. The machine failed and rebooted and service advisor said will take an additional 30min so we were not happy about that. They have free coffee and drink but, no free snacks unfortunately. Additionally, the service advisor was nice and courteous and there are many models and options to choose from. See the pictures! The lot is full with options and many different sub model. Seems like an honest reputable business. If my review was helpful please give me a thumbs up! Thanks!! In total for vehicle inspection and wiper blades it took 2.5 hours due to miscommunication on fault of the dealership this is the reason why voting 2 stars out of 5. The service advisor Daniel was kind enough to reduce the labor for the wiper blade installation because of the long wait but the bill is still very high for inspection and wiper blades $86.80 the inspection was 55$ standard.

I have recently had a run of bad experiences with car dealers lying to me and trying to inflate prices after making all inclusive offers and other shady things. I was just going to keep my 2007 auto so I did not have to deal with any more sales people and managers who try and swindle their customers. The worse dealer was one I should have checked before even going there because reviews are terrible. Now on to Colonial Toyota! I have got to say I really lucked out getting Bradley as my sales person. He has now changed my opinion or should I say bad opinion into a great one. He was awesome to deal with and there was only honest conversation. The deal he offered me was so great that I went back after doing a bit more research on the same car at other dealers and his price was unbeatable. This young man was the total opposite of what I am used to. Bravo Bradley! I not only got a great car but had a wonderful experience doing it! I will definitely buy another vehicle at Colonial Toyota and especially from Brad. Thanks to all for the opportunity to deal with what a dealership should be!

Finance manager completely ruined our car buying experience. Acts like he cares about our financial situation. The only thing he cared about was the sound of Cha ching in his own pocket from our purchase. Car dealers are slime balls. Proctologists and gynecologists are better to deal with than these people.

I was treated very well. It was a pleasant experience. The only negative part of the whole thing was all the while that I was in the waiting room, there was this music in the back that was awfully loud. Sounded like there was a DJ playing loud music.
