I'm very pleased with the care I have received. I was scheduled for my first appointment and surgery within a month. Everyone has been very kind and professional. Dr. Syre is such a great neurosurgeon! He is very knowledgeable and he actually listens. I'm very thankful he accepted me as his patient. I highly recommend him.

These are known as the top Colo neurosurgeons and Dr. Ben Rubin literally saved my neck (and my body). Their office staff are a bit overworked and understaffed, so one must be patient (always re-verify appts made.etc) but what matters most? Having the top Colo neurosurgeons like Dr Rubin perform my surgery and being under his thoughtful skillful care.  I have my priorities in order-go with the top neurosurgeon who cares and will carefully undertake  the critical medical care you need-essential and found here.

I called four times for an appointment as a new patient and I either got voice mail or no answer at all. I tried one last time and got someone who set up an appointment to see Doctor Syre. He was sensational and I was immensely impressed with his knowledge and ability to LISTEN!

If I could give less grade rating, I would!  This place made me feel as if we were in the 60's during the American civil rights movement.  This office discriminates, towards individuals who do not speak English.  Although my sister had an appointment with Dr. Buchanan, he refused to see her in the grounds that she didn't speak  English well.  My sister who has  severe pain and numbness on the back of her leg going down all the way to her ankle (for the last year and a half), begged crying to see the doctor.    He refused due to the language barrier.  Mind you, my sister understands and speaks English, just with a very heavy accent.  This is very sad and unethical.  The staff was untouched and didn't really care.  Shame on them!!!!!  Dr. John Paul Elliot (owner) and Ms. Houng Huang, COO have failed to comment or return my call.

Try being an employee there. Dr. Lamond office was horrible. There was no fax. One cell phone and not even a copier at the time. The place is a joke. And the office manger kong or what ever her name was was a joke. They wanted one person to do everything and did not have one or two doing billing they weren't even certified. When ever there was a complaint then she would come in and try to making look like it was your fault that office appointment were behind or ref were never called. When it was the doctor and upper management that did provide the tools for the office. This company is going belly up and won't get better. Leave well you can the are other good doctors who can help you and will get you in on time for your appointment because they have anyone to call you. Lol
