Courteous and knowledgeable. But did not serve my needs. I felt like my medical history was too easily disregarded when it was established and that my questions which could have been answered were not and spent too much time on medical history When it was largely provided ahead of time with an extensive pathology report, we did this instead of having more time for diagnosis and ran out of time. Doctor was courteous and respectful and patient and was generous enough to go over the allotted amount of time to try to serve my needs.

Emily is a wonderful provider. She listens carefully and advises accordingly. I always trust her judgements and recommendations. The clinic is well organized and very clean. The staff is polite, professional, and helpful. Thank you!

Dr. Wani is an incredible doctor.   If you have had any gastrointestinal issues at any time go see him.  He is a very warm man who relates amazingly well  to his patients.  He will educate you on your issues and suggest a treatment plan if necessary. He is a very proactive doctor and really cares about you as a patient.

I loved my provider and the ability to get into a clinical trial. However, that trial ended in 2017 and I have been dealing with them incorrectly billing me for years now. "Special Handling Department" is a joke and denied my dispute because "clinical trial ended in 2017" for a service date of 11/28/16. This date is clearly outlined in my consent form, records state it is for research, but somehow I am the responsible party. It has been an absolute nightmare trying to get anyone to help or even return a phone call. I am so disappointed with how this experience ended because the clinical trial was truly life changing and to have it be tainted by this really sucks.

My experience at UC Health was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived until my departure, every staff member treated me with the utmost professionalism, kindness, and respect. The nurses provided compassionate care, clearly explained each step of my procedure, and ensured I was comfortable throughout. The physicians demonstrated impressive expertise and took the time to address all my questions and concerns. The facilities were clean, modern, and designed for patient comfort and privacy. I could not be more satisfied with the high-quality care I received. UC Health has set the standard for healthcare excellence, and I am deeply appreciative of the remarkable staff and services provided during my perfect visit.

I’ve had multiple procedures done here. Everyone has always been kind and courteous. I drive out of my way two hours to be seen by doctors in this location because I get better care than I do at my local hospital.

I received information about my visit prior to, during and after. I am never disappointed with the care at UCHEALTH. The doctors and other practitioners are extremely competent and it shows in the work of the residents, interns, nursing students and all other personnel. It’s a great place to be when you’re not feeling your best.

Dr. Reddy and his team were excellent, making me feel at ease for the procedure.  I was confident that I was in good hands.  Each person took time to explain their part in my care.

Once again trying to get an appointment after a referral. Thankfully they FINALLY updated my phone # and address. However once again even with major GI issues and previous colorectal cancer they still can’t find an office appointment for me within the next 6 months. On Friday I was told a nurse would call me today before 1:30 PM but they failed to do so. I called and was advised I have to wait another 48 hours to be contacted again. I went through this same bologna three years ago and gave up after two months of trying to get an office visit and yet at that point they didn’t even update my phone number or address from over twenty years ago. What a waste of my time and energy

I recently had an colonoscopy done at UCH and everyone treated me with the up most of care and gentleness. I highly recommend them because they have the best facility and staff. I have been going there for many years now. Everyone is trusting and sincere.
