I have been under the care of pain management for year's 5-6 years. All staff have been so kind ,and caring. They also take there job very serious, but make it fun. I  love all of them there the best,it were not for them I would be in extreme pain in my back,all over body pain.  I  have never had a bad experience with the pain management team. If you are looking for help contact them and see what they can do for you.  I  truly would recommend  any body with pain to contact them, and get pain relief. They have become family to me!

I really like Dr. Patel he was very nice and had great bedside manner. He recommended PT and than injections (steroid). I had 3 steroid injections with Dr. Friedrich who is super nice. The Doctors and Staff are amazing they get a Five Stars. The patient portal and scheduling are great. The hospital billing dept is AMAZING.

The Billing Dept ONLY for University Physicians is bad and uses wrong codes for some of the treatment they provide thus screwing up the billing w/ your insurance. Than they don't attempt to fix it and they don't care. They just send you the bill for the full amount w/ zero explanation. When you call to inquire they offer no help, no insight and just tell you - "it was not approved" sorry. I called insurance company and they said no that is not what happened it was denied because the medical procedure code was generic. I had to conference United Healthcare on the line with the billing and they worked it out I think. The billing reps are rude, dont care and frankly should be fired. The doctors are amazing though. Just be prepared to fight if your bill isn't paid by insurance. Its a billing error I am sure.
