Got hit up twice for money by beggars before I even put my laundry in, and when I did the machine (the large machine up front with the card reader) charged my card $10 instead of the posted $6. Last time I go there..

Well I had to leave one star just to get on this site and leave a Blog. I dropped off a lot of laundry I broke 3 ribs in it bad accident kid is very nice I don't know what was going on but had everything hand written down what I wanted on my receipt paid $80 to have my laundry done I get my laundry back and won bin is completely not washed and about $1,000 worth of clothes not return to me all very nice clothes from st-martin Haiti from I'm on my travels beautiful clothes they informed me that night that they did dry clean and then I was informed the next day by the owner that they did not do not actually the place is very clean I must say but do not bring your stuff in there you won't come back with everything that you had the woman was furious at the fact that I said to myself is ruined I asked for my wife's people each they came back black they were brand new watch class a brand new clothes brand new everything everything came back shrunk blankets nothing was even really that cleaned I would not recommend this place at all and I will continue to leave reviews the owners extremely rude and accusing my husband of being rude to her when she was rude and denying the fact that my stuff was not return to me do not I repeat do not go there it's horrible horrible service if you dropping your laundry off

I went to this place because it said online that it was opened till 10pm. I got there at exact 8:35 and put my laundry in the washer. I realized I left my detergent in the car so I went out to get it. When I came back to door there was a man standing there shaking his head no and rudely pointing toward the door gestureing me to go away. I then noticed the sign that said last load by 8:30 (I was only 5 min late!) I explained to him I already had a load in a machine and was only 5 minutes late and ask "are you going to make me take it out?" He said it didn't matter and I still had to take it out. Taking my laundry out of the machine for being 5 minutes late and going all the way back home was very inconvenient, but what annoyed me the most was the rudeness; he could have at least said something politely instead of just pointing at the door and shaking his head. Are you kidding me!
