I went here to wash my king size conferter and a sleeping bag that I could not wash at home. I put a $1 bill and a $1 bill in the change maker and the thing gave me $2 in quarters than because I needed more than $2 I put a $5 roller bill in the slot and it spit out 50 cents! I went to the counter and told the employee told me she could take my name and I could come pick up my money later!! What the fudge! I don't carry a lot of cash on me and now I don't have enough change to wash my conferter and my sleeping bag and she won't do anything call the manager or give me the number to call the people for the changer. This place has poor customer service and the lady had a poor attitude. She told me the person who can check the cameras will be back around 5pm tonight I'll be there to have a talk with him. I am now editing this the next day where I am still unable to get in contact with the manager in order to get my money back and I can filing theft charges.

I don't think the washer machines washed my clothes very well. I spend 30 dollars on my laundry and basically rewashed everything the following day.

Place was near where we stayed so we gave it a try. The place was clean....the machines, the floors, the tables! Very reasonably priced. Recommend and will definately keep this place in mind if we are here again.

Horrible customer service. Put my wash in at 8:20 Pm. Margarite (employee) walks up and says they are closed. I said that's not your advertised hours. Last load is 8:30. She got in my face, put her hands on me and then called the cops. Guess they told her they were not coming out for that call. She told me I'm lucky I got my loads in. Margarite should not be working there as she complained she worked all day and was going home before 10 pm...which is their closing time. DONT GO HERE.
