Impossible to get anything done here. Only two little old ladies work here and they are slower than all get out. The hours are extremely inconvenient if you work from 8-5 and even more inconvenient when the only lunch brake youve got during the day is 1-2 and they are closed during that time.

Visited today for my written test, everything went smoothly and I actually really enjoyed the process, the two nice ladies that work there did a great job and answered any question I had. I highly recommend this place 👍

This office was amazing. The line wait was minimal. The people were amazing. My son in law had top get hours drivers license reinstated, they truly showed they cared and made you feel like someone casted. Thanks for your outstanding service. Sorry I don't have the ladies name but she was working on 09/15/16 at 8 in the morning. THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HELP.

Very poor customer service and organization. They need more employees who know what they are doing. We waited in line for our turn and when it was finally our turn the agent went to the waiting room to answer questions in there. After all that time, over an hour at that point, she informs us she's going to lunch!! Do yourself a favor and go to another DMV.

They never answer their phone, and the voice mail continually says it is full. I have heard people from Ft. Morgan and Brush drive all the way to Akron to avoid this place. I can now understand why. I will call the state office to also voice concern.
