Update: I was contacted yesterday by the doctor I saw regarding this review. He apologized and was a *little* more helpful than he was at my initial appointment. He wanted me to get an MRI done and because I’m pregnant, at the appointment he basically told me to come back and see him in September. It wasn’t until he called back yesterday that he offered to get me an MRI without contrast since that’s considered safe. My question is: why did it take this review for him to seek other options for me? In my opinion, the physician should have given me all of my options while I was in his office rather than offering a quick fix just to rush me out. I increased my rating from one star to two merely because of the apology. However, I am keeping my initial review below because most of what I said still stands and my experience with this office is still what it is.

Original review: I just left here extremely frustrated with no diagnosis and nothing to alleviate the issue. I was basically rushed out of the office and could barely get a word in about my concerns. Not only that, but he clearly did not even look at my paperwork. He said I need to get my BMI in check and I’m PREGNANT. He also recommended an MRI and when I asked if it was safe for my baby he stated he didn’t even know I was pregnant. I went in for pulsitile tinnitus and the doctor told me, “he’s not concerned.” That’s great, but I AM concerned. I shouldn’t be able to hear the blood rushing through my head. I’ll be getting a second opinion and I don’t recommend this place to anyone who wants their doctor to listen to them.

My son has really bad asthma and allergies.  The doctors here are so knowledgeable and amazing to work with.  My son is doing so much better.  I appreciate all the help they have given us.  My son can finally enjoy the fall season.  I'm so thankful.  I highly recommend these doctors.  They are the allergy and asthma experts in Colorado Springs.

I got to the office about 20 mins early. I had a 10 minute wait, meanwhile I filled out paper work. The staff was excellent. The nurses were very caring and knowledgeable. Dr Galloway was pleasant and funny. He made me feel comfortable and that everything will be ok (I suffer from severe anxiety). Overall my experience was way better than most Drs office visits. I was in and out in leas than an hr😄

It's expected visiting a doctor can be expensive, but this place is insane.  Over $400  for two quick visits. No I didn't get an Xray, or any expensive service. I spent maybe a total of 15 min with the doc for a check up, and then a follow up. I really feel like i'm being scammed out of money.

2/13/18 update - We have already talked to someone at the office in regards to the billing. My concern isn't that a mistake was made, my concern is that your rates are excessive for the care provided. We have payed the bill, but won't be returning for follow up visits.

I wish more folks would write reviews when they are happy and not just complaining. I have taken both my kids here, my son to have  his tonsils & adenoids removed, and my daughter for terrible swimmer's ear. Both times the docs were great, the front office staff was friendly and helpful. I'd recommend this practice.
