My wife and visited Pikes Peak Urology three times in the past month and could not have been happier with the staff and Dr Rosevear. Everyone was very friendly and efficient and Dr. Rosevear was knowledgeable and caring. Five stars from us, easy.

I am extremely frustrated with the aftercare that I received from Dr. Walsh and this office. I only met him once and he seemed like a great doctor. He was then unavailable before and after my surgery. I came down with a bad UTI after I was catherized before I left the hospital. I called his office later when I was having UTI problems and the on call service couldn't help me and they had me leave a voicemail with the office. NOBODY called me back. I am in enough pain without to the added pain of a UTI. They should have their own on call doctor after hours instead of passing you off to another practice that doesn't cover them. I am BEYOND frustrated and I won't use them again in the future. It's really sad how bad health care has become. There is no care.

First off, arrive by your "arrival time", not your "appointment time". I never had any tardiness issues, so can't relate to experiences other had besides that perhaps they should have been more timely or communicative with office staff. Office staff VERY REACHABLE, very friendly, and the back side MA/PA staff is very accessible too. Very pleased with their front end service for sure. Started out with what was thought, at results of CT Scans as a Ureter Stone issue. Dr Roseaver eventually worked with me to help me discover a NMIBC. Dr Rosevear is a good doctor, though less explanative as many I've had, he is the first urologic specialist I've visited, and he does explain things pretty well, in a nice up-beat, positive sort of way. That does help keep your bearings straight through harder times. Only advice to him would be to keep doing what he's doing, and perhaps get just a tad bit explanative, but I cannot complain. His "bedside" manner is fine. In some cases there's only some much you can do but wait and see. I think he's a good Dr, so far. Have had pain after the operation and stent removal that Dr Rosevear, has not been able to fully treat. However he has tried to help. And my scans, after the fact through him have had good results for me. My advice also to him would be a *little* more open on the realm of medicine he's willing to prescribe, depending on patient. But again, he prescribed *me* everything *I* needed, minus one thing, which was probably (better) acquired through my current Psychiatrist. I was placed back on a medication I was on before, by a psychiatrist, and my life went from TONS of pain after having both uretic stents removed to, a lower amount, a tolerable amount of pain. I can't blame Dr Roseaver for my pain, and am thankful to have my current pathological prognosis from him. I see Dr Rosevear in January for my next cystscopy to see if any tumor has come back. I am in prayer and hopeful that he can visibly see what he needs to see, and that there are NO NEW growths. Anyways this is a good practice, and they can help you. Always try to keep yourself armed with the right knowledge in any fight, and always try to keep your peace and wits about you. Can't speak for the other urologists at PPU, but have had a good experience so far with Dr Rosevear. Thank you Dr Rosevear, so far, and thank you VERY MUCH to the chicks in the front end, that help this practice run so well (A+ on doctors office communication)

Don't be late for your appointments doctors will reschedule you. Front disk needs to emphasize this to patients when scheduling.

Dr Bong was really great! He was kind, approachable and informative. I had zero pain after the procedure and it was quick and painless. The receptionists and billing people were great I would highly recommend the entire team that I interacted with.
