We had Colorado Roof Toppers install a new roof on our rental.
They are very professional with excellent communication! We are very pleased with the results.  The roof looks great!  They gave me a time frame for completion and they finished in that exact time! They are a husband and wife team that work wonderfully together!  We had a lot of confidence in them from the beginning because they are honest and very knowledgeable in  their field. They crew is very respectful and the clean up was awesome! I would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them.

I found Colorado RoofToppers on the Better Business Bureau website and I made an appointment for an appraisal because of their excellent reviews. I also got appraisals from two other roofers, who sent folks whose only job is appraisal and took a day or two to get back to me just to make the appointment. Roof Toppers is a husband and wife team and the owner himself returned my call right away and came out the next day.  Their bid was the lowest and he was very knowledgeable, patient and answered all my questions.  I was amazed at how quick they answered all my questions via email. From 6 a.m. till 10 p.m. I got answers within an hour.  The best part was that my roof was done in less than 3 hours and they left my yard cleaner than when they arrived!

Don't recommend for gutter replacement. They don't seem to understand sloping gutters so they drain well. They also needed to be called back to fix a few incorrectly installed hangers and again to cut a hole in a gutter that they forgot to do for a downspout.

With a big purchase  it can be overwhelming to get the best quality and receive a fair price. Colorado roof toppers was very professional, always on time, clean, and respectful of our property. 

We found them because our neighbor also had a great experience and told us the price was great! The quality of materials and the GAF certification give me peace of mind. 

Hopefully we do not need a new roof soon because of weather or home purchase, but if we do we will totally be calling Scott!!
