Nice place to eat, but they need to learn how to cook the steak to your order. 3 of us ordered medium well and we're lucky if it was even cooked to medium.  Had to send it back for further cooking.  That aside the rest of the meal was good.

The Del Rio steak was delicious! Cooked just like I wanted it. Place is clean and staff very friendly. Only thing I'd suggest is for the servers not to check up on patrons too often. My son and I could barely get a conversation in without being interrupted too many times, however, that will not stop me from going back. Food is terrific!

Not a fan. I have yet to go to Coltons and feel like I have been properly served or have been given good food. We have experienced several visits where our order was wrong, we waited an extremely long time for our food or, our waitress just forgot about us. We still have several "free appetizer" coupons from our last visit/mistake, yet I just can't bring myself to go back.

We had a significant wait to be seated, there was no hostess.  Another significant wait for a server to show up.  In the server's defense, she has 11 tables on her own and that is too many on a Saturday night in a place like Coltons.  Food is NEVER as good as what they charge for it.  And last night they switched the steaks that my son and I ordered and he had already eaten several bites of his before I cut into mine.  We were not asked to verify them at the table by the server either.  Not sure we will be back after this time.

Pretty good first time eating here steaks were overdone ask for medium rare one came out slightly pass medium-rare which is fine one came out pretty well they swapped it out with a new steak that was pretty much rare when they brought it out but they threw it back on just for a moment still a little under medium rare but I would rather have it under medium rare and well over they said it was a new cook the stakes are not your normal Steakhouse steaks that are inch or thicker these are flatter half-inch steaks they cook a lot faster something to keep in mind but after you throw some of their seasoning that's on the table on the steak it was actually pretty good will eat there again when back in the area
