My kids have been patients for a very long time. Today we were in a pickle after receiving the wrong information about when to come in. The gentleman at the front desk was very good at enforcing the company policies without regard for our particular situation. He was not sympathetic at all and we will not be returning. It's unfortunate because we really love Ingrid Flanders!

Very frustrating experience with a provider there that doesn't tell you that the same visit will be billed in multiple ways, even after explicitly asking prior to consenting to view a wart. I walked out with no meaningful treatment and a bill for over $300 instead of my $15 insurance co-pay. The billing department was frustrating as the manager I spoke with would repeatedly tell me that they "are not legally required to tell me how the appointment will be billed." That's unethical, and stupid. They should be upfront about how they make their extra money. I will not be back there and will warn people to ask very carefully about how their appointment is being billed.
