This "clinic" should be shut down by the Medicaid fraud division for the state of Oregon. Because most of their patients are low-income or Hispanic they believe they can compromise the level of care and get away with it. Sick child? Good luck getting an appointment within a month. Infection that causes pain easily treated with a call-in prescription? Regardless of the times you see OCH Dr's for the SAME problem, you'll be denied a refill and told to wait, in pain, until you can come in for a visit. Why? You're poor, and it's not worth even opening your chart if there's no money to be made, since most are on medicaid, they get 200$ or more per appointment. Need mental health care? Addiction treatment? This clinic received a grant from the state to provide these and they still send patients to state HHS. Minimal care, maximum profit. Oh and if you miss an appointment no matter how many times you cancel they'll send you a letter threatening to put you on a blacklist, folks who aren't allowed to schedule appointments. Yes, refusing care. Why? Because missing appointments cost them money, and they don't care about patient care. 

The administration of this place should absolutely be ashamed of themselves. If they ever intended to do good, they've long since turned to greed and incompetence.

There is dysfunction between the front office and back office where the doctors are.  Forms don’t get processed or calls returned in a reasonable amount of time.  The doctors seem great, but they seem to fall down with the paperwork at that clinic.
