A little pricey since they just raised each unit $12/month and they were pricey to begin with. I understand place raise consumer cost due to more expense on their end, however, not sure if storage unit prices are justified to go up, maybe down in this economy. Gave it 4 stars because the place is very well kept, clean and the customer service is great. The 5th star would be added if the price was a bit more acceptable. I have 4 units there.

I would highly recommend this storage facility.  Jeanne was such a pleasure to work with.  She gave us all of the information necessary to pick the right size unit to meet our needs.  I've had my stuff in storage for a year (10ft x 30ft unit) and always felt that it was totally secure.  I live in the state of Florida now so I mailed her my unit keys and she is going to make sure the movers are able to get in my unit on the day of the move.  It's that kind of customer service that I really appreciate.  If I ever need a unit up there in the future I will only use Storage Concepts.  It's a great company!

When I closed my business, I scrambled to find a suitable facility to store my equipment. My brother recommended Storage Concepts since he used them in the past and was very satisfied. When I met Jeanne, she was very friendly and helpful in determining what size unit I would need. She gave me a tour of the facility which I found to be very clean and well kept. Needless to say, that day I secured a 10 x 10 unit, and having access to my unit 24 hours a day was convenient. Several months later I rented another unit because I needed additional storage, and once again, Jeanne was most helpful. In fact, anytime I've had to deal with her or her staff, they have always been professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Storage Concepts to anyone in need of safe, clean storage.

Wow! what a friendly, clean, and organized environment! Staff and management are extremely thorough with the entire rental process and I highly recommend renting storage units within this facility.  I was helped by Jeanne and she was very friendly and sweet.
