Called to reserve a truck 2 weeks in advance. The day we were supposed to pick it up they said they "might" have one available, then gave us 3 different pick up times during the conversation, then checked the schedule and determined they would not have one available the day we needed it.

I HAD A RESERVATION SOMEPLACE ELSE N IT WAS CLOSED. I SHOWED UP AT THIS LOCATION N THEY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP ME OUT.

As a repeat customer I don't feel the staff is geared to my needs. 
I do a lot of trailer work and if there was a larger selection of businesses like uhaul I think I would be doing business elsewhere..

We reserved a trailer a couple days prior and upon arrival it was gone. They gave it to someone else who showed up and asked for it. We then had to drive 25 miles to the next place that had the right trailer.
