I'll  have to say that the level of customer service in this store has definitely fallen from grace. I spent 20 minutes walking in from front to back of this location without even being acknowledged by the staff. This is by far the worst experience I've had at this location. 2 staff members were clearly engaged in conversations with one another and couldn't be bothered with any customers. The 3rd staff member passed by me 4 times without so much as uttering a word. Great products. Customer service could definitely use some some serious improvement, sorry to say.
