This is an open air mall which is, none-the-less, partially covered throughout.
Quite a lot of stores to keep you interested for hours if you're in the shopping mood. Great spot for a quick stop-over as well if you are either coming from or going to Niagara Falls.
A food court will quench your appetite if you get tired of shopping. Don't forget that there is an aroma espresso bar if  you crave a decent cup of coffee. Just around the corner there is a McDonalds as well!
You may need an umbrella if it rains. Otherwise, happy bargain hunting.

I find shopping here has some advantages.  Lots of choices from clothes, shoes, sports gear, the usual outlet mall stuff.  On a sunny day, it is nice to check out the various shops.  The place is spotless and well maintained.  They only negative is if the weather is bad, there is very few areas to get out of the rain or snow at times if you want to do a bit of window shopping before entering any business.  I found most of the staff to be very courteous and competent.

Lots of variety and the feeling of shopping outside and not feeling like a mall, but more like a massive strip joint like you would see in California. I recommend bringing glasses on a sunny day, the concrete is really white/grey and is really blinding on really bright days. Awesome place to go

Good modern outlet mall with good selection of stores.  Lots of parking. Spacious so can feel empty. Rated 3 instead of 4 as it's outdoors like most outlet malls in America but it's fricken cold in Canada at times esp when winds blowing. Left early because it was cold and windy and didn't want to walk around

The Outlet Collections at Niagara occupies a vast space with premium brand names to offer the shopper diverse options. 

The stores offer many discounts and cost saving deals. It is an outdoor mall; hence, it is more suited to warm weather shopping trips.
