Technically I should only give this place 1 star as it is a CASH ONLY place to eat food and they are not really all that nice and they are all overly priced - Chinese, Mediterranean, Indian, Mexican food items. You can only use your credit card when buying souvenirs. Even the Chinese food does not look like what the pictures are showing and the food is not even served warm. We ended up here only due to the pouring rain and lack of places to eat nearby the State Park. THE PLACE I WOULD GLADLY GIVE 5 STARS in this building, which bumped up the rating on this review is the wine tasting at the 2nd floor! Great selection of wine and really great flavors to choose from. Other than that, I would not even enter the building.

Very Friendly people. Lot of souvenirs to choose from (many of those are Made in USA) Maple syrup is also available here. On the ground floor counter they do also organize Niagara region guided tour with driver and van. The driver/guide shall take you places where usually people are not familiar or are now known to usually visit. One must choose this trip. On the second floor there are more shops to visit to buy some more unique souvenirs. Food court is located at ground floor.

Chances are you probably saw this review after your trip like we did. This place is good for souvenirs i guess, and parking all day in the lot beside it for $10 isn't bad. However, this place, the food in particular, is waaaay too expensive. As in we paid like $68 for 3 hot dogs with fries and water and a burger. Cheap t ball concession stand quality which is fine if that's what you pay for. If you are looking to eat, just walk 50 feet next door, pay the same, and get good service and good food.

Amazing place. Lots of souvenir items to buy. For me it's quite expensive especially the fridge magnets. Haven't seen the rest of the souvenir items but there are lots of choices. Walking distance from Niagara falls - about 10 minutes walk. People are helpful and most of the food items are Chinese, Indian and Mexican. Some sandwiches and other variety of food is available but limited as well.

Good cheap parking (cash only). Restaurants inside are also cash only and extremely overpriced. Overall the whole building is a tourist trap and feels like a place that peaked in the 80s at the height of consumerism. Gave three starts because it is good parking.
