Not a very professional office at all. Professionalism must not be enforced at this facility. The staff there use inappropriate language and sexual gestures toward each other. They will have you waiting in line fifteen minutes just for them to switch out staff for lunch. They have HORRIBLE attitudes and no one knows anything about fixing a case. If there is an error on your case it takes weeks to months to get the issue resolved. Take my advice and just call the hotline until you get someone who knows what they are doing to fix your case. It took two phone calls and my case was updated immediately, however after 5 or 6 visits to the office my case still didn't get fixed.

Don't answer their phones and don't reply to voice mails. Went to the office; greeted by a female in her 20s that was completely unprofessional. Giving half answers, unwillingness to help, rolling the eyes and evident irritation from the start. Spent less than 10 mins and couldn't get out of there fast enough. Mind you, left with nothing resolved. The answers I got was from my interrogation style questions trying to pry the information I needed. The most unprofessional public service office encountered. OFFICE: Vital Records: Birth. SERVICE NEEDED: Amendment of 2 birth certificates for underage children.

If you have had testing done. You return to receive your results, you shouldn't have to fill out more forms, wait hours just to receive your results. A person should be able to come in and have their results printed and handed to them. Doesn't make any sense. Half a day gone waiting!!!!!!!! Smh Do better and develop a new process for that.

No one is ever available. I can never talk to my case manager for my benefits. They wont transfer you to any one. They are rude and disrespectful you never get answers to what you need they never have the info to what you are looking for never a good experience

They act like they don't be knowing whats going on when they done mess up on your case, and when you call to see why your case is close they get a attitude like its coming out there pocket
