Spotless rooms and common areas, even while undergoing minor renovations. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Originally planned to stay 2 nights, but due to bad weather, extended to 4. Truly felt like a home away from home with fresh breakfast every morning and complimentary coffee, tea, ice water and fresh baked cookies throughout the day. Hotel is very conveniently located for shopping, traveling on the interstate, concerts, or going to Eastern Maine Medical Center. Will definitely stay at this location again.

Excellent! I spent 10 days in Bangor recently and this was the 3rd hotel I stayed at during that time. For a similar cost, it was by far the most comfortable of the 3 places, and it will be my first choice if I return to the area. The rooms were very nice, warm, and quiet, even though I was on the 1st floor and just a few doors away from the lobby. Breakfast was included and the options were numerous, including hot eggs. I was there after a storm and during an extremely cold snap but the parking lot was kept clear and salted or sanded, and there was heat in the room when I needed it. It was central to a lot of shopping and dining and easy access to the interstate. Everyone was friendly and helpful and check-in was very efficient.

Hello. I don't travel often, but I know good service when I see it. I am entirely grateful for your amazing staff. I know it can sometimes be frustrating in the service industry, I've done it a long time. Your team has been extremely friendly, courteous, helpful, and graciously forgiving for people who sometimes may forget themselves. I'm here for work from Pittsburgh, and my employer made a great choice. The amenities are impressive (fresh baked cookies @7 too), the location is great, and the shuttle service is efficient; our driver Ryan was very helpful. Keep up the great work, and thank you

Very clean. Good buffet. Complimentary breakfast. Plenty of parking. Modern. Close to stores. Friendly.
