Great hotel with wonderful staff. We had booked one night for a ski trip. After a member of our group sustained a serious shoulder injury the hotel switched us to the first floor so it would be easier to access. They later called the room to check and make sure he was doing ok. After deciding to just use the room for a few hours to get showered and get some food before heading home early they cut our already good rate in half because we weren’t staying the full night. 
Facility was very clean. There were plenty of complementary things like freshly baked cookies. 
Staff was very helpful, kind and nice! 
Would definitely stay here again. One of the better hotel experiences I have had.

Got stuck in Berlin due to weather and stumbled upon the Comfort inn. From the wonderful service at the front desk to the nice clean rooms and all the wonderful amenities, I couldn't have asked for a better last minute hotel experience! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

The experience at this hotel was beyond expectations! We mentioned we were visiting Norwich University and received a discount.
We called for early check in and were told we would receive a call back when our rooms would be ready. This call came within a very reasonable time! The front desk attendant was very help from the moment we called, to when he called us back to when he checked us in! He even greeted us with warm chocolate chips cookies and offered us many local dinner options! 

The room was very clean and the temperature was perfect! There was a decent sized refrigerator and microwave available. 
A complimentary hot buffet was available in the morning! What a treat, most hotels only offer a continental breakfast! 

My visit to this location has opened my option for seeking other Comfort Inns! This was my first time using one.

If I could possibly give this place SIX stars, I would. Spotlessly clean, great customer service, they go above and beyond to keep you satisfied. Newspaper waiting at my room door each morning, wonderful breakfast from 6-10 am. Can't wait to visit again!

First, the bad: NO ELEVATOR!!! And they neglect to tell you that via advertisements or when reserving over the phone. We had a large number of rooms reserved for a wedding. At least one of the grandparents just couldn't  do stairs. And they were given an upstairs room. Thankfully, we were able to switch out for one on the first floor. But don't you think they should at least inquire, while we were reserving 10 rooms, if anyone would need to be on the first floor BECAUSE THERE IS NO ELEVATOR?! 
All of that being said, everything else was wonderful. Rooms are clean and bright. Breakfast was filling with lots of options. Staff were good to us, and we were a pain, I'm sure!
