The staff are very nice and friendly. 
My room wasn't ready until after 4:30PM. The comforter on the bed was stained and dirty. But the rest of the room was spotless.  
The breakfast was ok. 
But the hot tub needs a good cleaning.

I stayed here with two colleagues while traveling for work and was pleasantly surprised. For the price, I expected less. The a/c unit was reminiscent of the typical under-the-window wall unit of the 90s, though it has been updated with a relatively modern wall control pad. The closet was outfitted with plenty of hangers and the iron/ironing board were quite serviceable. Breakfast was self-service with paper plates and plastic utensils, but a few hot items accompanied the typical continental fare and there was enough variety that all of us were happy. The staff was friendly and my room and the common areas were clean. For the price, I can't find a reason to complain and I will gladly book this hotel for us the next time we are in the region.

It was great the only reason I couldn't give it a 5 star was housekeeping was a little lax. The carpet could have been vacuumed, when we got in, and on our second night coffee hadn't been replenished, but over all great stay with a great staff.

Room was great, we were provided one with a hot tub and walk in shower. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I had everything provided for me that I would need (shampoo, conditoner, etc).
