Didn't even take my military discount There are no 2 Queen bed rooms they are full size beds. I know, my bed at home is a queen, and these are not queen beds by any means Very poor management but the hotel is okay putting it politely. One of the worst managed Choice Hotels I've ever been to. No day time management at ALL. I would love to manage a place when everyone sleeping

I called today to get a quote on the conference rooms and the lady at front desk was soooooo very rude and not very informative. Makes you not even want any further information or even stay there and work with them at all. Thumbs down

Great clean place to stay for a night or for a weekend. The staff are very polite and professional.

Pretty nicely managed hotel. Free breakfast was mediocre but what hotel breakfast isn't. Staff was always friendly and able to handle any issues professionally.

The best place to stay in the Elkhart or surrounding area! This hotel is up to date with the modern look & feel. There are plenty of outlets in all the rooms for cell phones and laptops. Even the breakfast table in the lobby has built in outlets! This hotel has the quickest access to the interstate and sets by the best restaurants in the area. Ruth, Taylor and all the staff treat you like family and I'm sure you'll be back!
