I am very dissatisfied with how a situation was handled during my stay. First, I paid extra to have a hot tub room. Room 102. The hot tub was not very nice. It looked like it had been caulked and repaired several times and had yellow stains inside and around the base. I refused to even get in it after having paid extra money. Around 2 in the morning, I woke up to the sound of running water. Water was pouring from the ceiling. I called the front desk and man came down to the room. He said I needed to switch rooms. Someone had left there bathtub on and it was overflowing. I had to pack up everything and switch rooms. I walked out into the hall and there was water all in the carpet. I did not have shoes on so had to walk through the hotel in wet socks. By the time I finally got settled into a new room it was almost 430? I was awake for two and a half hours in the middle of the night! They took $20 off my bill. I have never asked for a refund from a hotel in my life. But I feel like I should be refunded my entire amount! The free internet was so slow it was almost unusable. The bedding is nice and very comfortable. The free breakfast was good.

Rooms were clean, hotel has fit and finish issues. Elevator has a small bang when operating from floor two to floor one (a power cable moving most likely). The pool was slightly cloudy, still clear. Breakfast was great. Majority of hotel people very nice.

This is the worse Comfort Inn I have ever NOT stayed at. Upon arrival for a two night business stay I was given a room that had a broken door handle it took 5 minutes to get in the room because you had to hold the handle just right to get the keycard to work. Inside the room it was so cold I had to open a window and the screen fell it. Looking around to inspect the bedding of the plow cases had stains on them. The kitchenette sink looked like someone tried to glue it down and was sticking up. The floors were dirty. I asked for another room but was told there was none. As I was waiting. The poor lady at the front desk was being bombarded with calls and was getting very frustrated. I canceled both nights and drive away. Thank goodness I found a delightful place right down the road

This Comfort Inn is in need of a remodel. The included breakfast isn't up to par with others that offer breakfast.

This particular hotel was nice. Staff seemed very friendly and approachable. Only issue is that housekeeping didn't clean well. They left our dirty towels on the floor and our garbage.
