Came in the store looking for a futon. Wayne was attentive, informative, and most of all fair. Will absolutely continue to do business with him in the future. Fantastic people running a small business 👌🏻.

I bought my original futon from Wayne in 1992 I replaced the mattress once in 2007 and ready to replace it again. He has always been honest and a great help in making choices. I will head back there in the next week or two!

Don't be discouraged by the size of the business. This is a great place to purchase furniture. I purchased a sectional here, and am eager to receive it. The owner of the shop is the one that we dealt with whereas at a big box store the representative would most likely be on commission. The interaction I had was much more personable, and trusting. If warranted, I will do business here again.

Comfort Zone Futons is the only place I found in San Diego County that actually had the futon I loved. Me and my wife went all over the place to find the futon that would be perfect for our guest and family to sleep on when they come over and so it actually looks great in the guest bedroom, we found it only at Comfort Zone Futons, Wayne (store owner) was super friendly and supportive, was not pushing me to buy anything. Simply Loved the Experience.
