I called multiple times to have a product and a 15% off coupon ready to go. First off, the first time I call, I inquire about the product I want. The girl on the phone was very helpful and after explaining that I had a small sports car, she assured me that said product would fit in my car on account that it was disassembled and in boxes, needless to say, way too big for my car. Trip was pointless, time and gas wasted, honest mistake, and I shouldn't have taken her word for it, my bad. Multiple employees stated that I could come pick them up and they would be ready to go with 15% off coupon. I drag my friend who has a truck across town to help me and when I get there no 15% off coupon. The cashier and floor associate were incredibly rude from start to finish, I was very polite the whole time and really still can't understand why they didn't want to take the $500.00 I was prepared to spend. Anyways, the stuff inside is cool (and overpriced for the most part) and unfortunately I had a bad experience. Anybody that can offer me a good alternative to this place would be much appreciated. Cheers! 

Update to review:

I ordered the products I wanted from their website anyways and said, "what the hell, the employees on those days were just not having a god one." The products I ordered arrived DAMAGED! Thanks again for your epic customer service and wonderful products!

Love the beer and wine selection here. Great deals as a rewards member too. Great place to do stocking-stuffer shopping during the holidays.

Always a good visit and easy to find new and ingesting things.  Stopped in to get loose leaf rooibos tea and wasn't disappointed.  I was greeted with a smile by Eric who asked if I needed any help and rung up by Tony who continued the good experience.

The store is neat, clean, well stocked and organized. Friendly, helpful staff. Definitely going back.
