I came in with a pretty specific budgetary limit and not much of an idea about what I wanted or would be able to afford. Travis was super knowledgeable and able to find the best possible mattress for me in my price range! Also patient with me trying each mattress repeatedly until we settled on the best option. If you're searching for mattresses, I can't recommend this location highly enough! Easy 5 stars. 😴👍

Went to Sleep Train to purchase a new bed for a family member.  Sales staff was friendly, experienced, helped direct us to the best fit for our needs, and was not at all pushy.  This is the second bed we've purchased from this Sleep Train location and wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

Daniel, at Sleep Train Vista Way Oceanside is the greatest. They/He stand by their word on everything they sell, and Daniel has bent over backwards to please the most confused customer ever. I am testing the new mattress they exchanged today, and I hope this one works for me. Daniel assured me that he won't give up until I am satisfied. Now. that is service. Daniel....I promise not to turn out to be a "pest".....

DO NOT BUY A MATTRESS HERE!!!
When we moved here we needed a mattress and decided to buy one here. After all, they are well known in SD. We bought a queen size Beautyrest Recharge for $1500. We were offered a restock mattress and paid cash for a small discount, BAD IDEA! The mattress showed up and immediately we noticed it lack of support. It sags down deeply on the left and right side, as much as 8 inches when we sit or lay on it. It is so bad my wife has health issues because of it. We thought there was a mistake or something. We went back to the store 3 days later and the employee told us to give it a month and see. Well its only gotten worse as time goes by. We talked to Sleep Train's customer service and they sent over an inspector, but he concluded that the mattress needs to sag 1.5 inches for the warranty to cover repair/replacement. Ours sagged 1.25 inches after 1 month and is NOT covered. It's unbelievable that they can not see the problem. Sleep Train will not help us! Sleep Train does not care! If I had used a credit card we might have gotten Sleep Train to act on this. We paid $1500 cash. ALL we want is a supportive mattress. They have our cash, we have their defective mattress and they just keep opening up more stores. This has been the most disappointing purchase of our lives. Repeat, DO NOT BUY A MATTRESS HERE

Had a great experience buying my new mattress. Ken was helpful, informative and not too pushy (rare in salesmen). He understood that I wasn't going to make a decision in the store, but needed to process the decision after learning as much as I could from him. He answered all my questions, provided me with figures for several options, and went out of his way to keep the price down. 

After comparing options over lunch, I decided to buy both a mattress and the Stow-away foundation.
