They sell new coin-operated laundry machines for $600 to $800 +/- which are projected to last 8-10 years. They also offer pre-owned machines that are around 5 years old that they refurbish. They sell these for 1/2 the price ($400) of new machines and buyers are told they are getting an inferior, used product, but that they can expect another 3 to 5 years out of the machines given the expected machine life, and the fact that their expert technicians have serviced them. THEY LIE! Their "expert technicians" fill them full of broken parts that fail. The machines broke within the first weeks we owned them. Of course, Commercial Laundry sent out their 'technicians', who just replaced the dead parts with other soon-to-be-dead parts. Then, the machines broke again after 90 days, once Commercial Laundry was conveniently 'outside the warranty period'. They continued to break every few months, and cost hundreds of dollars to repair, until the machines fully died after just 1 year. I gave Commerical Laundry a chance to rectify the situation, which they refused. COMMERCIAL LAUNDRY IS FULL OF SNAKE-OIL SALESMEN, WHO DON'T STAND BY THEIR WORKMANSHIP OR THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL. Run, don't walk, away from these guys. Feel free to ignore me, but don't say I didn't warn you!

Over the past 4 years I have purchased 2 refurbished commercial dryers from Commercial Laundry and have not had (except for normal wear) any problems with the units. They backed up their commitment to their workmanship with a 2 year warranty. WILL BY FROM THEM AGAIN!
